What is Support?

Support is described and explained as extended software maintenance and shall commence ninety (180) days following the sale of the software and shall continue for an initial period of one year.  After that time, this Agreement to provide Service shall automatically be renewed for successive one-year periods, subject to the Seller's prices, terms and conditions in effect at the time of renewal.
